The old Ruoms breweries are reopening their doors in their majestic original building, erected in 1876 on the banks of the Ardèche. The famous Ruoms beer is back in all its glory. Time seems to have stood still here, with its splendid terrace overlooking the Ardèche. The sound of the waterfalls takes us to an indefinable other place.

A ground floor with a large dining room, a bar and a semi-professional kitchen, all to ERP standards. The dining room opens onto a south-facing terrace with a breathtaking view of the Ardèche.
